So my dryer is broken right now, and I need to have a place to dry points, and there is not a lot of other places I can dry items, I cannot have it exactly where people will see them. If I hung them up in my closet, will they grow mold over night? And if so, will it hurt me or make me sick at all?
I also have no fan in my room. Do you feel that perhaps I could put them in a cabinet, but it has a door on it?

No, it will not grow mold overnight. I am assuming your closet is a dry place that enables for excellent air flow, and if you put clothes in there, they should be fine .

a female friend of mine let me know that i “required a system” when it came to my closet… thinking about i’m a guy, i always put it on a hanger and stuck it where ever there was space. but if i am going to organize it, then i only want to do it once so i am here asking.. what is the very best way to organize it?
