Or would you just measure from wall to wall regardless of the closet? Trying to list demensions for a “House for Sale” listing.

I live in an apartment, and my downstairs neighbors smoke (not just cigarettes, unfortunately). I do not. Now, my closet stinks of cigarette smoke, as do all of my clothes. Is there anything I can do to remove the odor from my closet, and a way to de-stink my clothes without having to launder them all? I’ve tried odor absorbing candles and Febreeze to no effect. Please help!

Leave an open container of coffee grounds in your closet for a couple of days. It might not get rid of the odor completely, depending on the level of smoke in your apartment, but it will help tremendously. Good luck!

I live in a townhouse & our next door neighbor is a heavy smoker. Somehow even with windows closed, the smell from their room manage to get in my closet and bedroom. I hate that my clothes smell like cigarette and I dont smoke and allergic to smoke. you can look at home depot.. they have some things that are like charcoal and absorbs the smell. maybe something you can put on the outside of your vents as well

I am replacing an old toilet with a new toilet, and I need to know how to remove the closet/toilet bolts from the flange that is still in the floor? Do I need to remove the flange from the floor? If so how?

There should be slots with a big hole at the ends. clean it out the wax and putty, and other stuff. and you will see them. Sometimes there are screws that go into the wood framing. see if you can turn them if they aren’t t bolts. Why not use the old ones.

A cheap way is to cut an apple in quarters and put it on a parer plate if it is carpeted.
Put them around on the floor and the shelf.
Or just open a box of baking soda and spread it on a paper plate for more surface area. Just like a fridge.
They always have that scented stuff to put in there but they just try to cover the odor.

There is one shelf, close to the top of the closet, also the outline of a square at the very top. No lap top, phone, chair, nothing.
